The same exact thing happened to me with ulta! I was so confused and also had a horrible time with their customer support

Something similar happened to me with my Ulta account- only they locked me out and stole my points to place a couple of orders. Luckily I called customer service and they helped me to get back into the account. They also restored all my points quickly (I had like $500 worth at the time) - I am in MN and the person who stole them was in NY. 😠. If u ever need them again, I suggest calling instead of emailing.

Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…
